Dear Year 6 parents,

It is with great regret that I write to inform you that tomorrow’s 6pm performance of the Year 6 leavers’ assembly will not take place. This is due to the forecast of extremely high temperatures and us ensuring the health and safety of your children and yourselves is at the forefront of this decision.

However, I can offer that you attend the Monday morning performance, at 9:30am, where temperatures should be lower. Further to this, and with technology allowing, we hope to record the performance and deliver a digital copy to all Year 6 parents (possibly via YouTube). In addition, we will look to host another performance on Wednesday morning at 9:30am.

I can only apologise for this inconvenience and ask that you consider that the health and safety of the children here at Pontesbury CE Primary School is our main concern.
